Samantha began dancing at the age of two on Long Island. She studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, kickline, and pointe at June Claire Dance Center for 15 years. During this time she worked with some of the most prestigious teachers in the industry and teachers from NYC. While training there she was a part of their JC Lynn dance company and the Long Island Ballet Theater. She was honored to perform in professional shows during this time as well.

She then continued her training in dance at the collegiate level and attended the State University of New York at Fredonia. She studied ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, tap, and attended many guest artist classes in styles such as ballroom, hip hop, and african to name a few. Samantha was fortunate enough to attend the American College Dance Association conference for three years and through this program got to take classes for week long periods in Ohio and Michigan with many guest artists. Samantha also had an intership with the Department of Theater and Dance. Her job was to market the program through social media and help update the department website. Samantha also had many choreographic opportunities during her undergraduate years. Some highlights include participating in the choreographer and composer collaborative concert, presenting a piece at the grand opening of Rockefeller Arts Center, and presenting a choreographic work for her senior piece. She graduated in May of 2018 obtaining her Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Dance and Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Psychology with and interdisciplinary studies minor in Dance Studio Administration.

While completing her undergrad, she was fortunate enough to teach at Eclectic Dance Company as a Senior Faculty Member and Technical Supervisor. During this time Samantha taught a wide variety of styles such as ballet, modern, tap, contemporary, lyrical, pom, kickline/character dance, and dance composition. She taught recital classes, technique classes, solo/duet/trios, private lessons, and competition teams. Her students ranged from ages 2-50 in many class settings. In between teaching and school seasons, she would further her education by taking classes in New York City.

Samantha has graduated from Fredonia with two Bachelor's degrees and is now continuing to spread her love of dance across the country. She is currently employed with multiple Performing Arts schools across Chicago and it surrounding areas. She is so blessed to be able to travel back to New York and work with the children at E. Da. Co !
